Aggranite Sinks LLC warrants to the original purchaser that our sinks will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and the lifetime of the product. Aggranite Sinks may elect to repair or replace any defective Aggranite Sinks products covered by our warranty. Any discontinued sinks are not covered under this warranty unless an original invoice is provided.
Our Warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, environments conditions, improper installation, storage and handling; Nor does it cover any labor expenses to remove or reinstall any products that fall under warranty.
From time to time we will change designs specifications and material as conditions require and improvements are developed. We have no obligation to incorporate such changes in products we previously manufactured.
This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose; and excludes any incidental or consequential damages. No representative has the authority to change or enlarge the above warranty.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Return Policy
Aggranite Sinks LLC will replace all damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect the sink within this timeline and email email@example.com to report any damage/error and acquire a Return Authorization Number. Damaged or incorrect sinks will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report is filed within 14 days of delivery.
Sink Return Policy
Aggranite Sinks LLC will accept returns of unwanted sinks within 45 days of the original date of purchase. Prior to return, you must contact Aggranite Sinks at firstname.lastname@example.org to acquire a Return Authorization Number. This can be done through the “Contact” page of our website. Please include your order number when inquiring about a return and/or refund. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The sink must be returned to Aggranite Sinks in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit/refund will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Aggranite Sinks LLC requests personal information from its customers such as: Address, telephone number and email address. This information is used for shipping and payment verification. Aggranite Sinks LLC will not use this information for marketing purposes nor will we sell your information to a third party. Should we need to contact you regarding your order with us, we will do so using the information you have provided.
Additionally, Aggranite Sinks LLC also requests credit card information along with proper billing addresses in order to process payments. Your payment information is processed by our secure payment gateway and is not stored by Aggranite Sinks LLC.
All information submitted through our website is done so via a secure connection. This means that any information you submit to us is sent in encrypted form, not in plain text. This allows your information to stay secure from end to end.
GENERAL CARE AND CLEANING
Daily cleaning may be done with any non-abrasive cleaner after every use, rinse and wipe the sink dry with a clean, soft cloth to eliminate any water spots or soap film build-up.
Removing Stains and Minor Scuff Marks
Normal stains – for stains, use a soft scouring pad.
Stubborn Stains- a solution of 50% bleach, 50% water should only be used for tough, stubborn stains.
Let the solution sit in the bottom of the sink for one hour; then scrub. Rinse well. Also the use of a bar keepers friend will help remove stubborn stains. (follow directions on the bottle).
Remove Calcium Deposits use Lime away (around the bottom of the sink)
Adhesive Labels (use acetone)
Always test the products in a non-visible locations first.
Do Not Use the Following
Commercial alkalis i.e.; Ammonia or caustic solutions
Drain unblocking chemicals that involve filling the sink with water.
